Construction Commences at Keira Place, Wollongong

Urban is pleased to announce that construction at Keira Place in Wollongong has commenced.

Our first tower crane is now operational, while the first ground floor concrete pour is currently underway. Preparation for subsequent pours is also in progress and stormwater infrastructure is nearing completion.

Over the coming weeks, works will focus on the installation of precast panels, as well as formwork for the slabs on Level 1 and continued ground floor preparations including waterproofing.

Completion of the project is on track for mid-2027.
